We have a well-equipped Nitrition system with a facility for continuous operation. This Nitrition system work continuously for 24 hours in a day and it run through all 365 days. The set of entire equipment consists of 12 vessels out of which, 7 vessels are used as rotating equipment applicable for mixing and rest 5 vessels are used as separation vessels. These all vessels are interconnected and mounted on skid frame.

Challenges always inspire us and we have proved it with some special projects. We have undertake dream projects and with our dedication and hard work, we have accomplished it excellently. Our efforts and effectiveness is also recognized by our clients. Some of these major projects are:

* One of such project was handling the Fire Fighting System Project of worth Rs. 2.20 Crore at JNPT, Uran for Bharat Petroleum Ltd. The project includes designing, fabrication and supply of 15,000 litres SS storage tank for foam compound of Jetty Project with the third party inspection of M/s. D&V and Engineere's India Ltd.

* Design, fabrication and supply of 2,000 litres spherical vessel for DCP Storage for DCP fire tender for KOCHI REFINERIES Ltd. Under Third party Inspection of M/s. Chempro Inspections Pvt. Ltd.

We understand that a manufacturer of quality products hold command in market and this leads to strong global clientèle. Knowing the value of quality products, we always emphasize to manufacture optimum quality products. We follow computerized design and drafting for customized production as per clients requirements. Our products are at par with various Indian and International quality standards such as BS, IS, ASME and TEMA.

Apart from our own quality inspection team, we also have imparted the quality checking process to different third party inspection agencies. We arrange heat treatment, radiography and dished end forming from recognized subcontractor. We carry out the testing of the raw materials for chemical and mechanical properties form the Govt. approved laboratories.

We impart the quality assessment to those third party inspection agency who facilitate 100 % Radiography. We also have association with Welder associated, a qualified welder for up to 6G Position.
